"I ordered North Stag Neuf IX and have had an extremely poor experience. It has now been months since I placed the order, yet the tracking information has never shown that the parcel was handed over to the courier. As far as I can see, the item was never dispatched. I contacted the seller multiple times for an update, including back in October, and have received no response at all. The complete lack of communication over such a long period is unacceptable. No transparency, no accountability, and no customer support. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering."
